Questions before you start

What language do the reminders go out in?

Whatever language your clients speak. You write the exact wording they see, so reminders and confirmations read naturally, in Spanish or otherwise. Your account and dashboard can stay in English if you prefer.

Does it work outside Spain?

Yes. RecordarApp works anywhere WhatsApp does: Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru and the rest of Latin America included. Pricing shows in euros or US dollars based on where you are.

Do my clients need to install anything?

No. They just receive a normal WhatsApp message. Nothing to download, no account to create.

What number does the reminder come from?

A dedicated WhatsApp Business number that RecordarApp provides. You never have to use your personal phone.

Do I need Google Calendar?

No. Connect Google Calendar if you use it, or just add appointments straight in the app. Team and Business plans also import from Excel/CSV.
