Create appointment reminders from WhatsApp Web

From a conversation to a scheduled reminder

1. Install the RicordamiApp extension from the Chrome Web Store and open WhatsApp Web.
2. Open the client conversation and select the reminder button. The form uses the contact’s name and phone number.
3. Add the appointment title, date, and time. Check the details and save the reminder.

The extension uses a RecordarApp or RicordamiApp account to schedule reminders. The extension itself is free; sent reminders use your account’s allowance.

Choose the workflow that fits

The extension is useful when you arrange appointments in chat. For appointments already in a calendar, use Google Calendar integration. For batches of appointments, Team and Business support spreadsheet import.
